Piazza Italia company was born in 1993. Over the last few years it has become one of the leading companies in the fashion clothing at affordable prices, thanks to the initiative of three young entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of retail and a vision towards the development in Italy of commercial centers when only few would bet on them.

Today Piazza Italia has a wide network of stores with a presence on the main Italian City Squares (Piazza in Italian language), and abroad. The intuition to develop a production process, which now is called fast fashion, is due to Adriano Aere and Emilia Giberti. The two entrepreneurs are now the supervisors of a team of over 200 employees, 80 single-brand stores worldwide and direct sellers.
The company’s steady growth and the growing reputation of the brand IMPERIAL is reflected in the functional style and in the high fashion content: the study of cuts, patterns and fabrics represent a taste for experimentation, a value chosen to identify the democratic, contemporary and urban fashion the brand is looking for.
IMPERIAL can look back on 35 years of experience in ready to wear and annually produces 6 million garments, that are placed on the national, European and Asian markets for a customer target between 18 and 40 years.

SPACE FOR PRODUCING IDEAS

IMPERIAL SpA imprints in his style the visual thought of industrial Open Space and of design and applies them to fashion (see photos). The 6,600 square meter modern and functional structure receives about 80,000 visitors each year. A large inverted pyramid connects the first floor (dedicated to the reception and exhibition of the collections) with the second floor, where each garment is designed and developed .
Designed as a large white box, each architectural element is introduced to describe the fusion of the ideas transmitted by the product , the customers and the company staff . Glass, steel and Plexiglas , exposed to the sky by an impressive central window , open the total white large open space to the natural exterior light that makes clothes and staff members the true protagonists.

Questa è l’era in cui si sviluppa Ikea per l’arredamento, Ryanair per le compagnie aeree e molti altri grandi marchi i quali in quel momento hanno intuito che il consumatore non è più disposto a pagare somme di denaro spropositate per beni o servizi che non valgono il prezzo richiesto: comincia così l’era del giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Proprio per questi motivi 9once intravede la possibilità di posizionarsi nel mercato introducendo dei prodotti/servizi che garantiscono il principio di giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
